Internet Explorer Strange Font

Ok on certain pages on my IE10 the font has changed to almost unreadable it looks like this:

Where as Chrome looks like this:

I tried messing with the font options to no avail.

Hold Alt+ type TO or Gear symbol on the top right and Internet options,
Advanced section
Check the top box/ Use software rendering instead of gpu rendering/ Apply and Okay.
Also see if F12/ Browser mode and see if Compatibility view helps.

It could be the site itself being mighty stpuid. The developer doing something that is not supported.
