Internet Explorer Toolbar Icons: Size

On my old Win 7 computer the toolbar icons were pretty easy to see. Now, I'm just setting up my new computer and I've found the toolbar icons are really, really tiny. Actually, all the toolbars and controls have shrunk! Can someone tell me how to increase the sizes of the icons?

Internet explorer toolbar

Hi Chips,

My name is Uttam from Dell Social Media Outreach Team. In response to query I assume that its about Internet explorer toolbar.
On the new system its possible you have newer version of Internet explorer.

1. Enable the Menu bar on the top of the browser and check for icon size.
2. Or, on top right of Internet Explorer -> go to Page -> try resetting both 'Zoom' and 'text size'
3. Or, press and hold control key and same time scroll up and down to see the difference.

The zoom works okay with the actual page. However, the toolbars, icons, address bar and all the menus are still tiny. I also find that I can't arrange my icons at the top of the screen even when the toolbars are unlocked.

What resolution is your display running at?
