I keep on getting a pop-up using the browser Internet Explorer. However, this pop-up isn't from a specific website with a URL. The message just says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." I have no idea where it daily comes from. But annoyingly, I can't get rid of it by clicking on the "Close Window" option. It only vanishes when I log off. Otherwise it sticks up there. If I click on any part of the web page, it just as a sound goes "ping."

I use Firefox, but I have Explorer as well. So if I uninstall Explorer browser, which this pop-up is connected to, that might stop it coming up. Then, later, I can install Explorer again, though I'm not sure if I follow this route that I won't end up with the same problem (pop up)...

The other point. I can't see Explorer under Programs and Features in Control Panel to uninstall it. No idea why.

Firefox is my regular browser.

I deleted my browsing history for today. Should I for all the dates? I'm not clear if this will do it, since this popup comes up without my visiting any websites that I don't know about. I can just visit my regular websites and it still comes up.
