I was tring to access Device Manager. I get a message that MMC will not work without IE. I use Firefox. I tried everything from the basic Program and Features looking for IE under the Windows Features and trying to install IE9 from the download. It keeps telling me that a more current version is installed.
I am an advanced computer user, but this has me stumped. I hate to go through a reinstall, etc. My Restore points don't help.
