I have to access the web using internet explorer in order to get to a secure website. I tried accessing the website with Firefox but was unable to do so. I was informed that only internet explorer 6, 7, or 8 will allow me to view information from this specific site.

Use Firefox to download IE 8, not to use as your normal browser. See if IE8 works.

Well, if that's the restriction, you must download and install IE8.

Thanks.
