Internet Fail in normal, fine in safe mode with networking

Hey people, I hope you can lend me a hand.

As the title suggest, I've got a problem with the internet. I found a similar thread in which the problem was found to be Norton, so I followed the steps and removed it using the remover tool but it was to no avail.

I have also looked at the processes on msconfig in safe mode and applied them in normal but this wasn't successful. I also read it could be a problem with the IPSEC Services, which I have now disabled but the problem persists.

Just wondering if you had any ideas and if I need to post any screenies etc.

and the computer did not work properly.

How does it work in clean boot.

When you say how does it work, do you mean very technically, or basically?
If basically, then in normal, the internet just doesn't work.
In safe mode with networking, the internet works.
Sorry I didn't understand you fully.

Its my fault
All I need to know is this:
In safe mode I am satisfied
In clean boot I am satisfied or its still not working and no change.

Do you mean AFTER I do the clean boot thing you linked me?

Yes if after clean boot, everything works, Follow clean boot instructions to fix the problem. If it does not work, tell me.

Yeah this is what I have done before, I wrote down the services used on safe mode then rebooted it using them on normal and it still didn't work.

If it works in Safe Mode and not in Clean boot
It sounds like a driver issue
Go to search
type device manager
in device manager look for any yellow warning markers
if none
Go to nic card and make sure driver is up to date. (network adapters)
