Internet Issues

Hi Everyone,

I just bought a Toshiba L675 laptop with Windows 7 64 bit OS installed. I don't know many other details about the computer as I am not very technical. My Internet is working fine for the most part through both Internet Explorer and Firefox. The problem is that occasionally I receive an error message not allowing me to go to the next page I've chosen. If I click on "Retry" it always goes through to the page I want, but it is an annoyance. Any ideas what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

Some parts of the above tool may help with general connectivity issues. You might also try rebooting your router and pc.
