Internet not working for one device.

My Dell Inspiron does not seem to be working for my friends WiFi and only my friends WiFi. However, I notice that I can get on the WiFi with ease and it says that there are not problems and that I have internet access. I figured there may be a conflicting IP address so I went onto the net-gear settings when you type in the default gateway to the search bar. When I go to the connected devices, mine does not even show up. My IP is 192.168.1.19 (as shown in my cmd prompt) but does not show on the connected devices. My iPhone and iPad work fine and so do my friends devices, including a computer with the same windows build (windows 7), so what could be the problem. Thank you in advance.

Put your Wi-Fi router back into NAT gateway mode and make sure your Wi-Fi router's WAN port (not its LAN port) is the only thing connected to the LAN side of the cable modem.
