make sure you aren't too far away from your router. Your isp by the way, is probably not the people at fault here. It seems definitely to be a windows 7 problem.

Just to let you know my wireless adaptor is Atheros AR5009 802.11a/g/n WiFi Adapter and my computer uses HP Wireless Assistant

I also think it might be my network because my network later disappears then later comes back but the other networks in range are still there.

You say it's only your user account. If thats the case, the simplest way is to create a new profile for yourself and see if teh issues go away. If so you can slowly migrate your settings over(if you need any).

update wireless driver... If you're using a wireless N router/card you can attempt bridging the connection...

There could be interference with the signal. cordless phones running on 2.4Ghz can and will cause problems with your wireless signal.... You can try boosting the signal through the router properties and also attempt using different channels.

Just to make sure we are on the right track, is it your wireless network that disappears, or do you still see the network and you simply can't get any response from the internet?

If your network disappears, it is probably not the internet connection. Unless your internet company is responsible for your router, don't waste your time to bug them with this (unless we find something to indicate otherwise). Your network is independent of the internet, and should always be active, even if you disconnect your wireless router from the internet completely.

Along with the cordless phone possibility, what electrical equipment is near your computer or your wireless router? Between them? Does your network disappear every time someone uses the microwave?

Along with the phone, anything else in the house that is wireless may be an issue, such as wireless speaker systems.

It sounds like you have several other wireless networks around, I wonder if there is a potential that you and someone else are hammering each other...

Changing the frequency may address several potential issues with radio frequencies butting heads.
