Internet Problems!!

My internet worked fine until about 9 days ago when i installed Norton. Now, I can't get internet pages to load completely without having to refresh the page several times. This happens in Firefox and IE....Chrome won't load anything. I unistalled the Norton, emptied cookies, checked drivers for updates, have tried temporarily disabling my firewall, and followed several threads on here that dealt with similar issues, but nothing seems to be fixing my situation. Any ideas for me? :sarc:

Go to Norton's web site to get their uninstaller. Uninstall Norton. Verify Internet works. Make sure you have all the security updates from Windows Update. Install Microsoft Security Essentials:
