Thanks so much for your sharing!!!
But why it's difference speed when i hit test speed with to difference time?
for the first time, I get :
Download speed is 15mbps and download speed is 17mbps
and
For the second test, i got it
18.65 mbps download speed and upload speed is 17.69mbps
Can you explain?

You can test at places like these:

Speakeasy Speed Test

Results probably won't match whatever your service provider claims and can vary from day to day.

You will get different results during different times. Unless you have a dedicated line, you are at the mercy of how many people are using the net in your area at one time or how close you are to the the source of your connection.
