internet tv

hi I cant get the internet tv to work , running windows 7 . have run set up several times tried several online fixes and several updates still not showing internet tv in the menu.

i think its USA'centric, are you sure its available to you?

I an in canada so not sure about the availability , but I assumed it should at least load the basic internet tv then tell me it cant provide programing to my area. R
