Running windows 7 Ultimate. We lost power last night due to a storm and my system was running on battery backup. Well in my hustle to shutdown my computer, I selected the WRONG shutdown and windows started installing updates. Of course the battery backup died and the system lost power while it was doing this.

I powered the system up today, and it came right up. I know it was on 2 of 11 when the power dumped.

what do I need to do to finish the updates and ensure future updates continue to be downloaded ?

thanks.

I can't think of anything you can/need to do really. It should finish installing the rest of the updates the next time you update your computer. If you think there is a problem causes by the 2 updates you did not installing properly you can use system restore or there are tutorials all over the internet for manually removing installed updates. Does this answer your question or did I miss something?
