i thinks is great piece of software.. but as you know malwarebyte is reliable because its around by years and we have checked it.. now i will check on iobit 360

@ dinesh... wat r doing with ur pc so dat u got infected... why arent u stick to one av.. vipre didnt jell to me . it has many false positive.. currently m using NIS 2010 with iobit 360 pro and hav no infection.....

Hey my pc wasn't inected. I did it myself to see Iobit it detects it or not.

Unfortunately, it seems the current released version has a memory leak. As reported by users on their forum as well. I've had to uninstall for now until they fix it because if I leave my system on for any amount of time, I have to hard boot to get control back with IObit running on it.

... so you are using 2 anti-virus programs?

Anyways, I've been using MSE for a while now and never been infected. I mean yes its detected threats but quickly dealt with them.

Yes, but I have not heard anything about a fix for the memory leak(s). Until I know that is fixed, it ain't making it's way back onto my system.

I read the changes to the new version and there is no mention of the memory leaks being solved.

There is a thread on their very own forum that many users have posted in reporting the same issues with memory leaks.

Why should I? I don't want to hard boot my system again.

They have a change log as to what's changed. I would think they would not something as major as memory leaks. Wouldn't you? They haven't.

It may have no occurred to them? You'll never know till you try. Whatever though, your choice. Just don't judge the newest version without even trying it. Reading something about it is much different from actually using it.

Well, if a serious memory leak issue didn't occur to them to either fix or note as fixed in their change log, I'm certainly not going to waste my time loading their software onto my system.

Not to mention as well, they refuse to admit their real time defense doesn't work either and have not noted anything in their change log as to it being fixed either.

Many over at Wilders refuse to load this again until the company can prove it works as expected.
