Reboot all of the PC's on the network to see if the duplicate IP address corrects itself.

The other error box at bottom right means you've not given the correct password for signing into your router.

but I am using open wifi on my laptop

If it prompts for a Security Key then you must provide it.

Ask the provider for the key. Free wifi often will still use a key.

no its just the IP conflict issue key is working fine

It may work anyway. If not you'll need to ask for help from the provider.

Are you using a Fixed IP address, or obtaining Automatically?

hmm right but disturbing since two days

Hi there,

In addition......Try to release and renew your IPs by opening up a command prompt. Click on the Start button, type cmd press enter (make sure that you have Admin permission). Type ipconfig /release press enter, then type ipconfig /renew then press enter.

Please report back if you're still getting the IP conflict error.

Glad to hear it is working for you.
Also, I must have overlooked gregrocker's post on IP release/renew, sorry about that, I wasn't wearing my reading glasses when I posted. :o
