If you jailbreak, you can get a TON of them. I forgot the exact number, but there's almost 3000 ringtones available for download.

I would go with what Prisoner found for making ringtones.

Personally, I always use Audacity, the free music editing program, to make ringtones, then use FormatFactory to make it a relatively small mp3 file, then email to my phone as a text. But I have a normal phone. The point I'm trying to make is, anyone can make their own ringtones. Paying for them is just silly

I agree with Prisoner's method. I use the same trick. However, there comes a tricky part when you need to change the filename from m4a to m4r. Make sure you go to Folder Options and uncheck Hide extensions of known file types.
