Hello all!

I reformatted my Harddrive to get rid of a virus so I don't have any antivirus right now.
I've reinstalled all my drivers for my Mobo, GPU, Monitor and my Wireless USB adapter (802.11ac Wifi Adapter A600)
When I connect to my SSID and look at my Wireless Network Connection Status it says my Ipv6 Connectivity has no network access. Sometimes it says I am unable to connect to my SSID too.

Welcome to Seven forums.
Does your ISP provide ipV6? I have Xfinity and they don't in my area, they are way behind times.

Do you mean like in this picture where is always says No internet access ?

IPv6 says that on most every system and it probably doesn't have anything to do with the wireless connection problem. IPv6 is mostly used on the LAN with Windows and it's not widely used for internet access for the time being.

The wireless connection problem could be many different things as wireless is not so reliable at times depending on a variety of factors.

Looks like your ISP actually has this enabled, about time if you ask me but no such luck around here.

If you can post the ipconfig/all it might show some us something.

Have you tried resetting the network stack, flush DNS, reset winsock etc?

Was this same connection working before the virus?

Has this wireless connection ever worked correctly? Before the virus? Everything looks normal here but maybe the connection isn't stable from what you were saying...

Which network adaptor and AC router are you using because there are some problem with compatibility between Older N and new AC tec.

Investigate router or access point issues .1. Unplug or turn off the device
2. After all the lights on the device are off, wait at least 10 seconds.
3. Turn off the device back on or plug it back into the power outlet
My Sister and Dad are connected to it so I don't think this'll help

I hadn't thought of a power cycling, it could help, and is free to try. I would do it in this order to power down.
1.First/main PC2
2.Next ones
3.The router
4. The modem
Leave it all off for 1 minute.

Power things back up in reverse order, Modem, router, 1st PC, etc.

Let the modem fully boot before re-starting the router, let it fully reboot before restarting the PCs..

I'd expect this connection to remain unreliable, especially when the important questions I asked earlier were not answered? :geek:

Oh, I used a different network adapter before it was a Netgear WNDA3100v2. The router I'm using is a TG862G. I will try to use the WNDA3100v2 adapter and see if it works and the Power cycling didn't work.

IMO these Comcast issued TG862G's are notorious for having connection problems on many different machines.

These combo unit's are not fit for duty and should be either tossed out or put into bridge mode which bypasses the router, then you can run a regular router and have a proper connection. Or just use the Arris CM 820 which is a stand alone modem, you would need a regular router to go with this but it will work fine for you.

I've seen more problems with these than can be counted, the Arris forum has the same complaints over and over again with no end in site.

You can read about these problems in the link below. There are many other forums Comcast/Arris with the similar complaints. Trying different network adaptors may help if you get lucky but for the most part these units are inherently flawed and not worth using.

The problem has nothing to do with Windows 7, not even a little bit. ;)
