Since this is a security update for opening Photoshop psd files in Irfanview ...

If anyone is interested ...
The Irfanview Registry for each image file type can be edited to customize the Right Click context menu to look like this ...


This makes opening an Image file in Photoshop a lot easier than taking the "Open With" > "Multiple Choice Test" route
