IRQL not less or equal BSOD while playing GTA IV

I got a BSOD while playing GTA IV saying something like "IRQL not less or equal". I also think it happened yesterday while GTA IV was idling, as when I returned to my computer it was back at the welcome screen where you log in. My computer is over clocked from the default 2.4 GHz to 3.0 GHz. Temps at full load are, on average for both, around 65 degrees Celsius. Not sure if the temps have anything to do with this though. The SF Diagnosis files are attached.

Drivers

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
