Irql not less or equal

Hello,
Actually for a few days Iam experiencing irql not less or equal Bsod error. I have installed the windows again and it is windows 7 ultimate 64bit. The most recent softwares that I have installed till date are ms office 2007 and hp printer drivers and Belkin wifi receiver driver. My pc receives adequate amount of air so it stays cool... Any fix...??

Run a memtest86+
Make sure nothing is overclocked while troubleshooting

It's weekend so it'll take a while to get a reply. Can I ask you where have you got your copies of Windows from?

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.
