Usual causes:
USB device driver
If you are using any USB devices, then remove these from the USB ports (leave keyboard and mouse), and then update all the devices with the
latest drivers, including the mouse and keyboard if applicable.
Does your issue still remain?

Free up the startup:
Click on the Start button
Type
msconfig, click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
Select the “
Startup” tab.
Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
Apply > OK
Accept then restart.

This is overclocking software and can lead to system instability and BSOD's.
Please reset all components to their stock speeds and then remove the software.

USB issues:
Go to Control Panel>select icon view>and click on the "
Device Manager" button.
In the Device Manager window, find the item/items labeled "
Universal Serial Bus controllers."
Open it, and double-click the first item called "
USB Root Hub."
In the USB Root Hub Properties dialog, click on the "
Power Management" tab.
"
Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked by default.
Uncheck this box, and click "
OK."
Do this for all USB Root Hubs. The drivers should now be automatically reconfigured by Windows upon reboot.
Turn off USB Suspension:

Run SFC to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:
- Click on Start > Type in search cmd
Right-click cmd after results are displayed and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt
(Note: There is a space between SFC and /scannow)

Select option two. If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately
reboot the computer after each scan.
