IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL problem..

need help here.. this problem will appear randomly.. i try to uninstall most hardware or drvr that i install .. and when i try to uninstall nvidia, the blue screen appear before the uninstallation is complete.. i try to format ,but it said soethng mising 0x000000 and when i try to renew my lisence key, it said :

Code: 0xC004F063
Description : the software licensing service eported that the computer BIOS is missing a require license.. help me to fix this problem

Update your BIOS, download the newer version from your computer manufacturer's website
