I wonder if hardware is the true problem here. However, start by installing SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Uninstall Daemon Tools, as it has known issues with Windows 7.

Run driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

You might also start on the hardware tests. Run each of the three Prime95 tests: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

Also run Memtest86: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

i installed Service Pack 1 (SP1)
and ran a driver verifier.

also i dont believe that it is a hardware problem. it seems to be linked to missing drivers or corrupt drivers that i cant find after the reinstall in windows.
because teh problems only started after reinstalling windows.

Hardware failure is a definite possibility here. Most of the bugchecks are memory related; one was 0x24 = NTFS = HDD.

However, before testing hardware, update Asus ATK0110 driver. The 2005 version you have installed is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7 x64 systems -
