On the day after my house upgraded to ATT's Uverse plan, I suddenly began to have mysterious BSoD problems. And it has continued since February 2013.
Now,I have some knowledge about computers since I had to learn for my job selling music software to professional musicians during the late 1990's to the mid 2000's. And ever since I have kept up with it for my graphic arts, musical and writing activities (I am a Science Fiction author). So I am sorry to say that this problem has me stumped.
It doesn't matter what I am doing, this computer, (which I had purchased from Best Buy a year and a half ago in a pinch) will for no reason crash. I am tired of trying to figure it out and so I come to you. Please help. I have included the zip file requested as well as another file that spells out the Blue screen error.
Also, and I don't know if this is related or not, I seem to have a problem with flash constantly crashing, even though I have tried checking and unchecking the pepper-flash components in my browser (Chrome). I should probably post this in another thread though. Just thought I'd mention it incase it is associated with whatever this problem is. I have run several virus scans with no viruses ever being found. Thank you for any help you can give me. Will be at work at my real job soon so I won't be able to respond until after midnight local time.
