Irregular BSOD Problem - Acer Aspire with Pentium P6200

Hello 7F members.

I'm getting BSODs at irregular intervals and while using various different programs, with no real pattern involved. One thing to note is that I use the Adobe CS5 suite very often for work.

I have attached a RAR with all system information and required CPU-Z screens/RAMMon details.

If there is any other information you need then please let me know. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter as it is eating into my work time.

Welcome

To resolve your BSODs, first, make a system restore point to go back, if things dont work out. Uninstall Zone Alarm that is the cause of your problem. Use the Windows Firewall. There is no need for fancy big name firewalls. The Windows Firewall is included with Seven and does a great job. If you continue to get BSODs report back.

This laptop has been blue screening since I bought it last year; would setting a restore point even make any difference? Also I need ZoneAlarm to block individual programs from accessing the internet. Do you have a suitable alternative for it?

We set the restore point now in the event that you want to restore the changes that we may make. We may have to remove software to test for the cause of the BSODs
The Windows firewall (included with Seven) is an excellent substitute and used by me and many others at the Forum.

Ongoing BSODs

Hey all.


My desktop has been bluescreening for over a year or more. For some reason, having a high percentage of CPU usage prevents it from happening most of the time. I have been using this as a workaround for some time (I was able to run my PC for a full week while afk training on Mu Online, with 3 clients open using up around 60% cpu. Normally I crash at least once every few days).

Anyway. I performed memtest on my ram 11 times over a 4 hour span and it gave no errors whatsoever.

I have attached all of the necessary files if anyone would be willing to take a look at this for me.

Any help is much appreciated.

I did start a new thread...someone merged them together it seems. It doesn't matter anyway, I'm getting plenty of help on another forum.
