Irreversible actions in Excel 2010

Hello,

For reversing an action, e.g., getting a text in a cell bold, In MS Excel 2010, we simply press ctrl+z or click undo button in the quick access toolbar. It seems that any action is reversible this way! If not, so what actions aren't reversible in Excel?

I think you can undo almost anything since the last Save operation, with exception for advanced things like macros.
