I own an A8-5500 and its average temperature is 60 - 65 Centigrades, and sometimes, when im playing games (For example: Bioshock Infinite), the game crashes... and both the GPU (Nvidia 9800GT) and the CPU get really hot.

What should i do to fix the temperature problem if it actually is a problem?

This build needs extra cooling for overclocking but i dont know what to get :c
Do you mean that the CPU is above 60C at idle? That seems hot.

Does the CPU heatsink get hot? It should. If not, it may be in poor thermal contact with the CPU. One thing to try would be reseating the heatsink, after replacing the thermal compound.

Yeah, like when im on facebook or watching youtube videos, the average cpu temp is around 60 - 65C

I already cleaned both the CPU and GPU but they seem to be pretty hot, what else can i do?

CPU: 65C
GPU: 50C

In idle, cpu temperature is generally cooler than gpu. Mine is cpu temp 40celcius gpu 45celcius. You can check your max cpu temp with the data from AMD or with software like Realtemp. The max is the tjmax temperature, so you can measure how much the average temperature should be for that particular cpu.
For the time being, you can check the condition of heatsink, thermal paste and the air circulation of the mobo. If the Heatsink isn't rotating then the cable has not been connected to mobo. Heatsink should work with the air ventilation of mobo to blow heat out of the cpu. Also, ensure proper amount of thermal paste of the cpu. If possible, add more fan around the mobo to cool things further.

Also, be sure your room temperature isn't too high. 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit. If it way above that, try cooling down the room that the computer is in. Also, post a screenshot of task manager when the computer is idle. You may have processes that are increasing the CPU usage, which is making it run hotter.

The stock heatsink on those APUs is not that great. If you are concerned about the temperature grab a replacement. My brother put a $10 no-name aluminum low profile heatsink from Microcenter on his 5800k and it dropped temps 10C.

If it's light usage / idle at 65c, then it's cooking. If the PC keeps shutting down you've hit the thermal limit.

How did you clean the CPU? Remove the heat sink without applying new paste?

As mentioned, aftermarket is where its at. Virtually most are better than stock.
