Have a look at this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/52129-disk-clean-clean-all-diskpart-command.html

Quote: "This will show you how to use the clean command on a selected disk to delete all of it's MBR or GPT partitions, volumes, and any hidden sector information on MBR disks is overwritten. The data on the HDD is not written over using the clean command like it does with the clean all command below. With the clean command, the data on the HDD is only marked as being deleted instead and is only written over when new data is written/saved to the same location on the HDD next."

Diskpart's Clean command should be sufficient, but if you're really paranoid about cleaning your computer, have you considered a factory restore or a clean install?

It's certainly quicker than using Clean All.

I've given you the link for the tutorial, just decide which way you are going to approach this problem.

Just boot the installer and use Custom install Drive Options to delete all partitions, create new and format before install: Clean Install Windows 7

Clean command is really only needed if there is boot sector corruption blocking install. Clean All is used to make data irretrievable, but has no real benefit to making a clean install cleaner.
