Is Fable III worth $23 bucks?

It's on sale until the 10th in Steam and I'm interested but I wanted some opinions on if it's worth $23 bucks for the game and 5 DLCs.

The best DLC would be Traitors Keep.
Second would be Understone. Its not that great, but for $1.50 or so its OK.

The game itself is OK. It does take a bit of twekaing to get running smoothly and looking good on the PC though.
For example, the use of Motion blur was just way overdone. Framerate caps etc. All easily fixed via .ini tweaks.

Gameplay can get somehat repetative, but overall the game is OK. Nothing great, but there is some fun to be had.

If you like Fable in general, its probably worth $20
