Solved Is internet explorer 9 out today?

my windows update has found internet explorer 9 as a update. is it the final one or is it beta coz i don`t wont to use beta really?

Yeah, IE9 as an update. Has anyone downloaded and used this? I'm wondering if there are any booby traps here if I download it? Also, does it make changes to other MS programs and settings? Thanks.

Just received the IE9 as an important update (36.8MB) Will be installing and reporting back...

I downloaded and installed it last night. So far, no problems and no apparent changes, and no downloads of other non-requested programs or additions to installed programs. But we'll see.
