Solved Is it a MEMBER thing?
I've been trying to upload signature picture for a long time, now i find out that only Members can do that. That's OK with me, i can wait
. But it seems I can't send Private Messages and Visitor Messages as well. So is it also a Member thing?

In User CP, under Settings & Options , click Edit Options .
There are settings in there under Messaging & Notification
for Private Messaging and Visitor Messaging .
Look there to see if you have access to these settings, and they are checked (enabled).

Look there to see if you have access to these settings, and they are checked (enabled).
There are three options,
Receive Email from Administrators
(Checked)
Enable Visitor Messaging
(Checked)
Limit usage of Visitor Messages to Contacts and Moderators
(Unchecked)
Other then that there is an option "Default Thread Subscription Mode" set to "Instant email notification".

haven't met the requirements for this yet.

I see you have only been a member for 2 days so it might be a number of days thing, before some options are available to you. I remember that a sig needed 15 posts & a number of days at one time. And sigs are limited to certain size restrictions.
