Is it essential "Hardware T&L "requirements

My VGA not support "Hardware T&L "requirements. I want play "Resident Evil 4" this games shows it wants "Hardware T&L " VGA requirements, so that mean i can't ply this game?

On-board graphics often dont support todays higher demand games. Go to the manufacturer and determine the minimum requirements for the game and see if your chipset supports them I doubt that they will.
