Is it harmful deleting systemerrordump files?and is it related to BSOD

I delete the system error dump files of 250 mb roughly every time and is it related to BSOD?/?

No, deleting dump files is not bad and will not cause a BSOD. You're actually supposed to delete DMP files after a certain amount of time as they can take up a hefty amount of space. It's just recommended to keep all of the DMPs you can when trying to receive help in regards to BSOD related issues. The more DMPs you provide, the better assistance you can hopefully be given :)
