is it possible to Combine some apps and not others?

This might have been posted before.. sorry if it has.. i tried searched..
so as title says..
id like to combine some apps but not others..
for example id like to combine Firefox but not my Windows Live Messenger conversations on the Taskbar.

Anybody know if this is possible atm?

Have to agree with kintomaniac, cannot see any way of doing it; attempted to do so, but all I get is the universal no sign.
