whenever I see an image on the websites and I want to save it to my HDD it requires three step
1. right click --> 2. save image as --> 3. choose directory and click save

I would like to save this step, is there any shortcut to do so ? for example, is it possible that as my mouse cursor is over the picture I want, then just one-click of the mouse and make it save to a pre-set directory?
thanks!

It would all depend if you have macro options on your mouse, but I don't think you'd be able to assign to choose a directory before saving. Maybe unless you had a default location for saving images.

yes no problem it can be saved to anywhere, that's not a problem. I can handle the files later. I only want to save the clicks

In many cases, simply click on the image and drag it to your desktop or to a open folder.

You can't record clicks, it would have to be key storkes such as CTRL+S then Enter. Recording a macro of left and right mouse clicks would just end up in a mess (if you could do it all) because it wouldn't know where it was supposed to be clicking. Ztruker's advice is probably the best for you.
