Solved Is it possible to get rid of this white glow on windows title bar?

Hello, I am curious if it is possible to get rid of the this glow around the text in the windows title bar.

I was able to get rid of the Aero streaks of the Windows titlebars, and off the taskbar following the tutorials I found on here, but I cant seem to find out how to get rid of the out white glow around the text in the title bar in the image link above, without having to install some third party application and learning how to use it, etc..

Any help would be really appreciated, thank you!

Looks like I found what I am looking for, sorry guys, a bit new to this forum, I should have done more indepth search or scrolled down more to see similar threads.
