My dad got an second hand computer from an friend of his last nite. I browsed through his computer (yep PC not laptop) & found the following specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo, E7500, 2.93 GHz
2 GB DDR3 RAM, 32 bit OS, 160GB Hard Drive
Direct X11
Intel G41 Express Chipset
Approx Total Memory - 782mb

Display - 1280*1024 (60 hz)
its an 17 inch screen
I was wondering if his screen display could be enlarged, currently I have only set Zoom in his browser for better viewing ?

Every display has a natural screen Resolution , in your case, 1280x1024. You can use another screen Resolution, like 800x600 so everything is enlarged - Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display\Screen Resolution.

I suggest you to use Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display and set it to medium - 125%

thanks mate, appreciate it. Forgot totally about 800X600, I was on the suspicion it would make the screen look much smaller instead of larger, lol !
