Is it possible to make bulk changes for folder art

I recently upgraded from vista to windows 7. One of the reasons was I have a very large music collection and vista had a ton of bugs when it came to displaying my folder art making it very difficult to browse for something. Now I must label each jpeg "folder" in order for it to appear as cover art for the folder.

Is there anyway quick way to do this without opening every single folder and renaming them individually? Any help would be greatly appreciated and save me tons of time.

Download - Bulk Rename Utility
just tell it to rename all the .jpg files.
