ok so Ive been trying to do some research to see if its possible to switch from windows 7 os to a mac osx, not just cosmetic but the whole thing if anyone knows how to do it please help me out

Very easy, you just go to the Apple store and pay lots of money for a new mac, take it home and use it

It's "possible" provided your hardware is compatible however in my experience it never gives you a true representation of the OS like it would if it were installed properly without any of the hacks. That's assuming you even get so far as to have the install go through successfully. This would definitely not be the place for help with this though. If you needed help, I'd refer you over to the osx project forums.

Have you tried running Mac OSX as a virtual machine? That might be easier if you still want to use Windows.

Or at least dual boot.. up to you though.
