Has anyone had problems with this WU KB4530734 installing or after installed? I've seen from others saying it can freeze up you computer or cause rebooting issues. Not sure if i want to risk installing this one. Maybe it would be best if i just hide this one? I'm very concerned

For most people it seems fine to install. MS seems not aware of any problems. Then again, if a computer can't boot at all (error 0xc0000428), there's no way for them to see any failures.
Try and hide if you must.
My advice: Image relevant partitions. Then try. So you can reimage if it messes up.
One example of a disaster - scroll down to post #891:
No more individual patches for Windows 7 and 8 | Page 36 | Wilders Security Forums
That entire page is a worthwhile reading.

Backup your computer to external hard drive, try update, it it doesn't work, system restore, if it doesn't work, reimage drive from external backup. Never have extend problem with Win Update, ever.

I installed that KB4530734 security rollup update a few weeks ago on my brother's laptop running Win7 home premium and did not encounter any serious problems.

Note that after the KB4530734 update is installed, it may show Win7 EOL warnings as noted in this blog a few weeks ago:
Windows 7: EOL warning on January 15, 2020 | Born's Tech and Windows World

I needed to add a certain registry key after installing KB4530734 (or greater) to disable or turn off the EOS nags :D

Ok thanks for the reply, I'll install the KB update. That EOL i seen from the other posts. I'll just click on the "don't show the notification again"

I installed the Kb4530734 windows update on new years without any issues. The Computer booted up nicely & quickly without any trouble. Now after checking for windows updates again all appearing now is the KB4531786 is the 2019-12 Servicing Stack Update for windows x64 based systems. I know this one has to be installed all by itself and it should be safe to install right?
