Hardware and driver errors/crashes arn't bugs really, The feedback tool is for reporting other silly little stuff (like Media Player preview window being upside-down or stupid spelling mistakes etc..).

Regarding whether they are still listening to errors.. MS will always be listening to error reports until the OS in question no longer has a shelf life. Error reports are included in all final versions of Windows and is now known by the title of 'Windows Customer Experience Improvment Program'.

The 'End User' has the option to turn this feature on or off and it can be found by going here: 'Control Panel->Action Center->Change Action Center settings (in the right panel)->Customer Experience Program settings'.

I still report bugs but because I'm using a different build to what was officially released to the public, MS reserve the right to ignore me if they so choose. :)
