Solved Is my PC constantly too hot?

I like to use a vacuum cleaner near but not touching then blast with compressed air or take a soft paint brush and brush up the dust so the vac sucks away. GPU's and CPU's get loaded down with dust and dirt. Then please clean all fan blades completely.....it's a total pain but the difference is amazing in air they push !

Sounds to me like the board isn't throttling the fans like it should. At normal temps like that it should throttle the fans back after it boots up. Are the fans connected to the board directly or are they getting power from the power supply? If they are plugged into the board they should be getting throttled. If they are not plugged into the board then they are just running full speed all the time and you should be able to solve it by plugging them into the board or replacing them with a model that can be plugged into the board.

If they are plugged into the board and are not throttling back like they should you might want to make sure that any software/drivers for the board are up to date.

P.S. a tooth brush works great for cleaning fan blades. Next time you do clean out the fans try using one it will save you some hassle.
