Your computer is slightly better than a Xbox One. Have a look at this

He is getting around 30fps minimum, 60fps max with similar specs on AC5. On the Xbox one/PS4

Your PC is marginally better, pushing it just above 30fps. This means that you will be able to play most games above 30fps, which is playable in most circumstances.
