Is "Rapport" OK to use

I am being actively encouraged by my Bank to install Rapport on my machine. I run the Win 7 Protection only and wondered if there would be any problems/conflicts etc . While out and about I use a "3" Dongle, is this as secure as my home connection (Entanet)

Pretty much all the UK banks harass their users to install rapport, I've had it installed on my PC for a long time without any issues.
