When I run the Samsung Electronics "Easy Settings" control centre, the speed boot option says it helps you to boot up quickly by controlling the execution points of the startup programmes.
I noticed that RemoteControl10 is one of the startup programmes.

When I go to the System configuration for startup, this Programme does not appear...

When I run the TDSSKiller programme, it finds a file from the same programme, media player, to be suspicious.

Does any of this arouse suspicion for you guys? The programme the belong to is Cyberlink Media Suite and Cyberlink YouCam. Thankyou for any assistance, much appreciated.

Welcome to Seven Forum LukesArmy. The file is legit:

Media+Player10Serv.exe is a legitimate component of CyberLink PowerDVD. The size of the file is 87336 with the MD5 signature of 2c7cf4d4a17b5765e23f6b82c16af4eb

The RichVideo.exe seems to have been flagged because it did not have a digital signature. It too, however, is a legit Cyberlonk file. I have it from Power DVD. The service can be set to manual however, as it does not need to run on startup.

Start> In search box type services.msc> Enter

When services opens, scroll down to Cyberlink RichVideo Service(CRVS)> Right click the name and choose Properties> Startup type drop down, set to manual> Apply and OK your way out.
