is there a app that can list stuff using my internet?

I want to see each and every thing that is using my Internet is there some kind off app that can list stuff using my internet so that I have control over it, because I sometimes feel if something is using the internet witch shouldn't.

Open Resource Monitor (search for it in the start menu) and go to the network tab.

This will show you what programs are using the internet and to what extent.

You can then kill the relevant process by right clicking and and hitting End Process.

A good third party software is TCPView this is pretty detailed: TCPView for Windows

ha iw as just gonna suggest resource monitor but i thought what the heck, might as well check it for other programs that people offer and im gonna try TCPView lol
