Is there a face recogition and a password for login to windows?

Hello guys, I download Luxand Blink pro and i love using the face recogition login but i didnt like the fact it doesnt ask for a password after the computer knows its the user trying to login. Its very conveinent and fast to login on days you just wanna login fast haha but I want the ultimate security. Is there a program that when you try to login at the login screen, it has face recogition and after it recogizes you, it ask for a password you make???
