Is there a free "word processor" source other then CNET....???
Tried installing software from cnet and I got more junk with it then usable software. Spent an hour uninstalling and editing in "About Config".:mad2:
I need a word processor
with a decent spell check and import features. Just can't afford MS Word.

Abiword and openoffice are the best word processors that might accomplishes your needs. You can read and choose from the list of online and offline word processor programs at a blog post at
free word processor programs. I had already mentioned my choices and suggestions, but in case you want to read more about those or had used those but didn't found those up to the point, read the post at the link mentioned above.
