Is there a gadget like Ubuntu's?

I am looking for a gadget or what ever you call it. It is the one when you drag a window then it wobbles. Do you get something like that for win 7?

Try this. This app has a ton of effects in it, wobble included. Though it is glitchy, it does work.

By the way, Core7. While the app I said may be free, WindowFX is guaranteed to work. If you're willing to pay for it, it's well worth it.
