Unfortunately, I do not speak Russian or is that Bulgarian(?) so I cannot see the problem,

- Open Windows Update. From Start menu, type "Windows Update," or open Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update.
- Click "Check for Updates" on the left.
- Install all Important Updates and reboot.
- Please repeat Steps 1-3 until all Important Updates are installed.
